Questions
Why pay anything if I bring my own AI?
You do not, as long as one device is enough. Your key pays for the AI. Net pays for the part that needs a server: reaching your agents from your phone and browser, linking your machines, approvals on the go and pages at a fixed address. Pro adds agents that keep running on our servers.
Is Free really free?
Yes. plasmind free costs nothing. It needs an account like every plan. Your model provider charges you for the AI you use. That cost is not part of any price on this page.
Do you sell AI or tokens?
No. plasmind never resells model access and never bills by tokens. You use your own AI and pay your provider directly.
How does the free week work?
Net and Pro start with 7 days free. The price and the term are shown before you order. After the 7 days the plan renews by itself, every month or every year, at the price on the order button. We send you an email 2 days before the free week ends. If you cancel before it ends, nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
With the cancel button in your account. It works at any time, in the free week and after it. Your data stays exportable.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
Yes. You have 14 days to withdraw after you subscribe.
What is the founders' price?
The first 100 paying customers pay 8 EUR / month or 80 EUR / year for plasmind net. The price is guaranteed for 24 months. It has its own order button, with the price in the button text.
Why do I need an account, even for Free?
plasmind works with an account on every plan. You create it before the download. Free stays free.
Who sees my work?
The core runs on your computer or your server. What an agent sends to a model reaches your model provider. Agents only see the environment variables you allow. plasmind does not promise end-to-end encryption.
What does Enterprise include?
An own core and an own server at your site, roles and permissions for teams, a data processing agreement, payment by invoice and promised reply times. The price depends on your setup. Use the Contact us button to ask.
